    My lawyer has been trying to make a compromise settlement with these folks. My incident with their client happened June of last year. We had been waiting since to hear from them but they been giving my lawyer the run around saying they are still reviewing it. This company is not good at all. My family and I have been patiently waiting for this company to just to make some sort of settlement. Dont deal with this company what so ever. Wish i can give them a negative stars for this review.

    I wish i could give ZERO stars because this company is terrible. terrible is an understatement. Its been over two months since my accident and Kizzy Lee is over my claim, she hasnt answered any calls, voicemails or emails in over a month. Also Kizzy will speak to you like youre a child, she did it to me after I told her my frustration with no communication on their side for over a month. If i were you, RUN, do not walk, Run from this company and NEVER recommend or come back!! This place is TERRIBLE!

    I definitely understand the low review score..to be forced to give this place one star in order to post this review PAINS ME. Since my injury I've had just as much stress from Broadspire as I have from my treating doctor and the injury itself, which has greatly impacted my healing process. My adjuster has been changed 3 times and I've never been notified. I have had to chase payments more times than I care to count. It just seems like more effort is placed in forcing you to drop your claim than to actually help you during this process. I pray to God that I never experience something like this ever again in my life. This has been the absolute WORST!!!

    My 2019 Tacoma was stolen from Freeman Toyota Hurst & I have been working with their insurance. I have had a open claim with them for 4 months now! I have been waiting for Peggy Saks to finish my claim, but she has not responded to my emails. It was a very hard process of me being forced to use my Gap to cover the rest of my loan, causing me to lose $6000 in refunds. Peggy told me that I would be compensated for parts I had put on my Tacoma. At this point, I am now out of a vehicle & no means to get into a new one until my claim is finished. I have lost so much time & money due to the delearships negligence & Broadspire insurance. I just want my claim finished so that I can move on!

    They get a ZERO!! My husband put in a claim for his anxiety and depression and has been even more stressed since he began dealing with this company. FELICIA his claims specialist had been hanging up the phone when he calls and supposedly he can't even switch from her to someone else. These people are not only playing with your time they play with your MONEY! They have zero customer service zero empathy so they deserve zero STARS!!!!
