        Highly recommend my mom has had theses benefits for years and for her kids and our spouses we have no cost benefits and they amazing but the agent Mondee Nelson help us understand those benefits and helped us sit up our own benefits that fits our family absolutely love her she is the sweetest

      Stephen Giddens was still a teenager when he joined American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2011. "I started with the Company when I was 19 years old," he recalls, "with very little work experience ... mostly as a server at multiple restaurants while attending high school near Houston. But I knew American Income Life was the right place for me because of its career track. The Company has a culture of providing upward mobility based entirely on results, rather than tenure or 'who you know.'"I was personally recruited into AIL by my brother, Ryan, who is also a Business Owner in Houston," he continues. "Ryan had a high-school friend who was working at the Company and experiencing tremendous success. He invited Ryan in for an interview. After being hired, Ryan did the same for me."Is AIL the right place for Stephen? You bet! "My greatest accomplishment with AIL to this point is my contribution to the Steve Greer Agency winning 'Business of the Year' in 2015.
