Great rooftop pool and bar, but becomes a club essentially at night so be ready for loud music! We really loved the breakfast restaurant on site here and the staff are super friendly. Wonderful location.

Terrible experience today. Two hours before check in we got an email saying they had a water interruption and couldnt honor our reservation. The email said our only options were to stay at the Hampton Inn down the street tonight at a higher rate than what we would have paid at The Statler and then move to The Statler tomorrow (without any guarantee the water issue would be resolved and without acknowledging its an additional inconvenience to have to change hotels mid-trip) or cancel our reservation and find our own accommodations elsewhere at the last minute. Prior to sending this email, they also went ahead and made a reservation under my name at Hampton Inn without my consent, which I could not cancel online and when I called to cancel I was initially told I would be charged a cancellation fee. When I complained to The Statler about how this situation was handled, the Front Desk Director essentially told me they would be upset if it happened to them too but that they wouldnt do anything to help me. We had to scramble to find last minute accommodations and I never received a phone call or any offer of assistance either from The Statler or Hilton. Extremely disappointed with how The Statlers management handled this entire situation.

Ivan Juarez was very helpful on the front end assisting in setting up some special amenities prior to the arrival (flowers/ wine). Above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect. Thanks Ivan

I went to Waterproof not long ago and got a table with a bottle of Vodka, the sever brought it out and everything was good. A few minutes later my guest was pouring a drink and the manager for that night came up behind my guest and ripped the bottle out of his hand and said that the card declinedwhich it did. HOWEVER, I showed the manager and the bouncer that was backing him up as if I was going to do anything the text message I received from Navy Federal Credit Union asking if I made this transaction and if so to rerun it. Shortly after my phone died, and the manager who suffers from severe short man syndrome (probably why he had the bouncer backing him up) told me he deals with people like me all the time. He would not let me charge my phone so I could pay the bill which is comical. He had the bouncer take my $500 Louis Vuitton wallet with all of my cards and ID and would not give it back. I wasnt going to start anything so I left the property and would call and to get it back in the morning. After calling for several days everyone told me they do not have any LV wallet, Credit Cards, or ID. Long story short they STOLE my belongings and probably took the wallet for themselves. Terrible terrible place.
