I used Knapp one time before and then again yesterday. I probably shouldn't even say how great the experience was for the sake of the owner and you may not even believe it. He can't stay in business doing stuff like this so don't get your hopes up. I took a part to be replaced and it turned out to be the wrong part. Since my truck wasn't drivable with the old part removed, Robert handed me the keys to his personal truck so I could get the part exchanged. When the repair was completed, he hands me my keys and says "have a good day". Of course, I ask how much I owed and he says "no charge today". I've heard of mechanics ripping people off but NEVER doing free work. I'm a customer for life Service: General repairs & maintenance

Robert...(owner) was a delight to meet. He was all about meeting the needs of the customer. My car was taken care of and the overall service was good. Robert and the crew made me feel calm cool and better off than I was when I arrived.

I had my truck repaired at Knapp's 3 times. Each time the initial repair required additional work that wasn't completed completely on the first visit. I was told I would be contacted when the parts were in and an appointment would be scheduled. After a couple of weeks with each situation, I stopped in to inquire about the parts and when I would be scheduled. Each time I was told they would get the parts and call me to schedule. It does not take this long to get parts. Each time it was as if it was my first visit. This occurred over the past 6 months. The last time I had service work was due to an emissions problem with a check engine light on. Part of the problem was repaired but my check engine light is still on. I stopped in to the shop and they said they would get the parts and call me to schedule. TWICE now. My last contact was to say I need to get this fixed as my inspection is due. They said they would get parts and call me to schedule it, probably for Saturday. That was 3 weeks ago. I'm finding another shop. Services: Check engine light diagnostic, Steering/Suspension
