        Enough is enough, im sick of giving this chain a chance. 1 out of every 4 haircuts is good, and I can never reschedule with them because the sylist is gone by the time I need a new cut. I dont care "what my notes say." When I make clear atleast 3 times to you directly that "I love the length right now" I dont want 3 inches cut off! I cant remember the last haircut experience I was so dissatisfied with(there was more to complain about other than just losing months worth of hair length). Looking at you too management. I saw you abandon your employee after her only other help called in sick. Not surprised you cant keep anyone credible for longer than 2 months.

        I did hair cut yesterday, and it was my worst haircut at all and they charge me $55, the stylist is Lacking basic role for hair cut, it looks like first time does hair cut, I have never recommend at this place at all

I am glad that you have great experiences at one of our other locations and realize when you visited this location, your experience was not as good. We did just bring on new staff that we are still working on getting them trained up to the standards of excellence that we expect.
