It is an OK place to live. The knocks on them are frequently break-ins in cars, mailboxes and apartments. They try their best to minimize them, but it still happens quite often. The other thing is that they enter into your apartment a lot! Once every 12 months. They give you proper notice, but its a little nuts that it happens this often!

Brandon was exceptional to work with during the leasing process. The manager, Nikki has also been a great help. I love my apartment and enjoy the convenience of the area.

If you decide to live here, live on the top floor. I live on the third floor and the ceilings are poorly constructed such that you hear every single step of the person above you with loud thuds. Every night when I am trying to fall asleep, I can hear exactly where the upstairs neighbors are walking, when they walk into different rooms, when they accidentally drop things on the floor, etc. I basically sleep whenever my upstairs neighbors do, which is bad because I wake up very early for work. Edit: I did get a call because I submitted a formal complaint to the front office. But nothing changed.

Our apartment was in perfect condition upon move-in, very clean and everything worked great! Also, the office was extremely nice and helpful as we moved from out of state and were not able to see the apartments in person. We were always communicated with in a timely manner as well =) Absolutely love it here! They have done so much with the landscape in the last year and are very responsive in the office!

Not only are car break ins just a fact of life here, but you'll have a power outage every month at least. If you live here and get cancer, their contract will ensure your last months involve poverty for having the gall to only be able to afford apartments. Like all unfeeling, flesh eating corporate behemoths, the staff they pay too little to be yelled at for the company exploiting it's tenants is very nice. And like holocaust soldiers and slavers, they'll justify their crimes by invoking "that's just the way it is" arguments.
