        We had some skunks move in underneath our office. Urban jungle was great and took care of our problem very quickly. Sierra took care of us and was very quick to respond in all communications and did a great job explaining everything and making sure we were checked on often. Sierra was extremely nice and professional and we will be recommending Urban Jungle in the future!

        Gave good explanation of how process would work and happened almost exactly as described. House was rodent proofed and then problem was eliminated. Came on time and made sure to communicate when running late or something came up. Happy with outcome.

        Before I contacted these folks I had ready internet researched options for dealing with an armadillo yard invasion. The 2 folks I spoke with were both very upfront with establishing honest and realistic expectaions. I obtained a very comprehensive assessment and advice/recommendations well worth the price of the service. My interactions were with Chris by phone and at my home with Sierra for the on site assessment. Highly recommend these folks.

        We had an issue with a skunk making a nest under our shed in the backyard. Found this great team on the Internet and glad we did. They responded quickly and set up several traps. Once the skunk was captured and it was determined to be a female we knew to expect some baby skunks. Both Ashley and/or Chris responded every time we would capture a few babies. Ended up over a weeks time we captured 6 little skunks that were then taken to rehab to eventually be returned to the wild. Even during that week we trapped a raccoon and Chris took that away also. Very knowledgeable, professional team. Call them if you have any wildlife issues or want to know how to be proactive and protect your home before you have a surprise!
