        The staff was on lunch with a sign that said they would be back at 1 PM, and after 1:30 PM they were still not back. Phone number was not active, and Ring doorbell did not help either. Don't even bother with this business yo

        I paid for safe move, but was charged $150 for accidentally locking the key in the cabin after dropping it off at U-Haul location. I asked if there would be a charge, I could have AAA come out and unlock truck. Lady over the phone stated they had spares and not to worrying about it. When I saw the charge, I call the one 800 number. The supervisor Annalisa, who was extremely rude, stated they dont allow AAA or any other company to unlock their vehicles. Im so baffled by the whole experience. Safe move covers accidental damage and theft, but not locking keys in the cabin?? What a joke. I was previously charge for an additional day, even though I dropped it off hours before it was due back. If you value your time and money, avoid this place and U-Haul all together.
