Working with Arnoldo was an amazing experience. I went to him to help me feel whole again after a double mastectomy. He remade my scars into a beautiful flower garden. Arnoldo is an outstanding artist. He has the ability to go as long as you can sit for. I had three sessions about 7 hours each. It's also nice that he doesn't share his studio with any other artists, so you get privacy, with the exception of the occasional local stopping in to chat. Arnoldo's been at this location since 1994 and has a lot of stories of the old days. For me, I had been trying to find an artist to do a cover-up, but the few I talked to said no, explaining the standard of making a cover-up 3x larger than an original. I wanted to cover it up once and for all, but I didn't want to go 3x larger. I was open to any ideas. Arnoldo and I decided on an improvised approach using the flow of my arm to determine the line work. In the end, there is no remnant of the old tattoo, and the design is incorporated perfectly with the other tattoos on my arm, transforming the arm with an intricate, flowing and completely unique piece. I feel like a curse has been lifted, and Arnoldo's willingness to work with me despite uncertainty speaks to his character. He's waiting to change your life! Just an email away! Many thanks, Arnoldo!
