As all of the other reviews for the South location on Burleson attest, Mike is absolutely wonderful - from a customer service standpoint hes kind, informative and helpful. All while being the only person on staff per shift. Over the course of my installation appointment, I witnessed him answer the phone multiple times, help in-person customers with their monthly calibrations, and continue working on my installation - all with a consistently upbeat attitude. I was getting an error message the first couple of days so called him (knowing how constantly busy he is) and he talked me through the issue and then some - gave me 7 minutes he didnt have and yet went above and beyond to explain the issue, the solution and even potential other scenarios. Draeger, youd be wise to give this man a raise and a promotion, hes a keeper. Thanks Mike!
