I was facing and fighting foreclosure on my home for a VERY long time and when all of the moratoriums ended, I knew that the foreclosure notice was soon on its way. I was advised to sell before the auction date, to spare my credit scores and, hopefully, put some money in my pocket. I searched all cash buyers and contacted 4 companies at the same time. All of the companies assessed my home and made offers. I decided to go with Dominic because I felt he understood my situation and genuinely wanted to help me. He also gave me the best offer, BY FAR! He came up with sale options that would benefit me the most. He gave me time to review them and choose. It was important for me to be able to make as much money as I could from the sale because I was counting on it to, essentially, start over. Dominic was very straightforward and transparent, from the start. He gave me a time line of tasks that we needed to complete before any auction dates. The entire process took about 3 months to complete. This was absolutely no issue with Austin All Cash. First, the house needed a total clean out, new carpet, repairs, deep cleaning, and landscaping. Then, I had obstacles to clear the title/deed, which took some legal assistance. Dominic and Claudine took care of EVERYTHING. From their clean up and repair teams, to the listing agent and showings, to the title company, every step of the way was covered. They went so far beyond their responsibilities to accommodate my family and make the whole process go as smoothly and stress-free as possible. They were awesome with communication and everything else. I honestly have nothing on the contrary to say and I could go on and on about how wonderful this company is. It is an experience I'll never forget and always be grateful for. While the 2021 MLS listing and resale value of homes in our area continued to rise, the multiple home upgrade and repair expenses that our home required in advance of listing the home for resale was not a project that my wife and I were comfortable moving forward with.
