This review is regarding Alexa Kanelos at Realty Austin. My partner and I made the significant decision to move to Austin from the east coast in the early fall. We started our home search early on and, as first time home buyers, had much to learn and plenty of questions. From day one, Alexa Kanelos at Reality Austin was incredibly helpful and made us feel like we were in good hands. She was extremely professional, communicative, reliable and above all else, compassionate. We understood the process of buying a home was quite an undertaking, but even through all the ups and downs Alexa was by our side the whole time, reassuring us that we would find the home of our dreams - and we did! With Alexa’s help we now live in a beautiful home and could not be happier. We owe her a great amount and will never forget all she has done for us. It was an absolute delight to work with Laura Hamilton!! I am a first time home buyer and she was so patient with me. It took 2 YEARS to find the PERFECT little ranch!! . I'm incredibly thankful and grateful to have worked with her. She made the entire process so easy. I highly recommend Laura to anyone who is barely starting their search for a new home; she's so knowledgable of Austin and its surrounding areas!

My family and I were lucky enough to work with Kathy Anglin during an out of state move (military orders). She worked above and beyond for us in what seemed like a series of unfortunate events. She kept us moving forward and positive about our situation too. We ended up doing a new home build during a time where weather didn’t want to help us, Covid issues were affecting in so many ways and delay after delay kept happening. Kathy was always a phone call away or at a meeting or house! She was there for us when we really needed it. Knowing she had our back made this process so much easier.
