After purchasing a new build we ended up having to deal with this company for our furnace issues. Well....... they put the blades in wonky so for a year they rubbed on each other creating a horrendous noise throughout the house and warping the furnace blades. We called to have it looked at. Upon further inspection they realized the filters were put in backwards. Super! Then a "qualified" technician looked me dead in my face and claimed it was all fixed. Nope. Now we have a gas leak... thats been there ... for a year and a half. They also installed the drip pan wrong so all of the condensation from the AC unit sat all summer creating a rusty pan. Please use any other company. I had to hire a plumber after they left to ensure they had fixed the gas leak as I couldn't trust anything they have said thus far. If you want your 15K furnace to be treated like something you picked up from the dump, then definitely have this company work on and install your possessions.

Brian was phenomenal - he took his time to make sure all our rooms were equally balanced so our kids can sleep at a comfortable temperature - Brian is exactly what you want to see - cant recommend him highly enough

They installed heating and air conditioning at my home. The two air vent was having problem making noise and they replaced only one and asking to raise ticket for another one. Eventually delaying service by another week. When heating not working and temperature below 60 and warranty clearly states below 65 is emergency but no one responded ticket and emergency sticker have builder number and some one from no caller id made call. They were saying why you reported late and i explained to agent already raised ticket then asked why you didn't made call and told no number provided then she was explaining it will be furnace did you went to furnace. Did you repair yourself? As as home owner you should do fix and if you are unable to fix we will send technician tomorrow. Posting this review to explain how good they do service
