        I purchased an OUTDOOR fountain from ten thousand pots 2 months ago and after the freeze my fountain completely cracked all over. It is not salvageable and the company said all they could do was give us 30% discount towards the purchase of a new fountain. These fountains are designed for outdoor use and I seriously doubt all their out door pots in their lot dont crack after the freeze. They clearly sold a defective fountain to me and they will not replace it. Im very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

      Hi Debbie, Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry that the team at the store was unable to provide an acceptable discount. Fountain Maintenance is very important especially during freezes. If any amount of water is left inside the fountain it will crack due to the expansion of the water. Our ceramic pots can sustain the coldest of cold if maintained to do so. We are still happy to help you and figure out the best solution for this issue and help out with the purchase of a replacement with a discount.
