The Nine on Shoreline

All the staff at Shoreline are very friendly and kind. Veronica was very professional when I lease my apartment. I been living here for the past seven months and I really enjoy the community and the events that they put out for us. Very clean!!!! I really recommend this place for everyone.

I want to thank the staff of the nine on Shoreline, Specifically, Miss Pam and Miss Maria for showing exceptional Customer service, as well as being two of the nicest ladies Ive ever dealt with as far as office managers. As a tenant who resides here at the nine, Im glad to have people like them in the front office.

Veronica and Maria at the leasing office are absolute gems! They went above and beyond to assist us in finding the perfect place to call home at the last minute, patiently answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we had along the way. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our leasing experience was seamless truly set them apart. Thank you for all your help! Additionally, the maintenance team is exceptional, the apartments are in great condition, and the community is safe and quiet. We love our new home! P.S. The coffee at the leasing office is amazing and is a great add-on!
