        The people that work in the pre admissions are ghetto. On their cellphones having inappropriate conversations with each other , I asked to sty with my mom because she gets confused easily and they told me to sty back. No one looks attentive and sitting around doing nothing. Would not recommend

        Doctor Joyce Wald and her staff is A1! From the moment I made it to Her Pavilion D I knew I was in good hands, I mean even though I have been living with heart disease for years seeing a transplant team is kind of scary and intimidating. But no not at all every person on her team that I encountered made me feel at ease! Even my blood pressure readings taken twice were great! That's how relax they made me feel. I didn't leave there confused because everything was explained to me very well and I am feeling positive that our health plan for me will be successful the compassion and care that her and her team has, makes me want to comply to a T!
