    Team members arrived on time and began work right away. They were courteous & professional. They moved a large, leather sectional from my basement to the POD with no wall damage. I've requested that this same team help me with the next 2 stages of my move.

    I trusted this company. Used them before without problems.Referred them to my son. He was moving and they did him dirty. Never gave him the time, quoted him one price ONLY TO CHARGE ANOTHER, NO ONE would answer the phone. Never told him they were only sending two movers; the driver and one other man. When he called to speak with someone and they were rude. The person who claims they were a manager was unaccommodating and unaccountable.The move took ALL DAY. Moving is supposed to be a happy occasion in this experience was a hot mess. I will NEVER REFER this company to anyone ever again.

    a related crew, friendly and good natured. they worked steadily until the whole house was put in place. all packages and items went to their marked locations, and there were no complaints with how steadily they worked. delayed arrival, kept in contact. this team could have greater respect for walls, corners, stairs etc as a few damages to the house happened while they unloaded. damages which will need repair/touch up/fixing and could have been prevented with a bit more care. the main guy unloaded the truck, while 3 brought packages into the house. we saw the big screen tv come into the house, carefully and sustaining no damage. we did not see it unstrapped from the truck, or moved off the truck to the ground. it is our belief that the big screen was damaged while in transit, due to poor packing and placement, and nothing points to this crew causing any of the damage. the philly team, while not seasoned professional movers, did the job well enough as might be expected. with more practice, and perhaps some empathy regarding "if this was my house, how would i move items around it without damaging the structure." they need training, and after that they would be excellent. i liked each and all of them.

    You get what you pay for. I've dealt with moving companies before and there is a clear difference in quality here. They sent two movers, whereas other companies usually send 3. The movers definitely lacked the same training as other movers. They tried to move my bedframe without disassembling it like other companies did, and of course it broke. The movers said it would be covered in the insurance. When I contacted the company for a claim, they wanted to charge a $300 deductible, which is almost the price of the bedframe. Then they kept me waiting for two weeks before simply closing the claim. I haven't even been able to sleep on my own bed for two weeks after the move, and now I have to buy and assemble my own bedframe, because of their incompetence. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Spend a little extra money and hire PROFESSIONAL MOVERS.
