My wife and I used Motto Mortgage for our recent purchase of a new home. It was the smoothest home purchase I've ever experienced. With buying a new home and selling an existing home, complications can arise. However, Kyle handled everything expertly and quickly. He was extremely flexible, very quick to communicate, and provided all the information and explanations when needed. I would highly recommend Kyle and Motto Mortgage to anyone. I don't want to move again any time soon - but if I did, I would contact Kyle.

Kyle is the absolute best! Give him a challenging situation and he has a solution. Give him a tight deadline, he can handle it. We had a few tricky things pop up along the way that was completely out of anyones control, but Kyle handled it like a rockstar and never made it sound like a chore. He was persistent with the lender and got everything done as expected. When I was feeling frustrated, he reassured me everything was okay and he had a back up plan. I cant thank him enough, but what I can do is tell all my friends and family about him. He got me to the closing table and helped me buy our dream home. Hes the real deal!

Kyle Dynes is great to work with. He has helped my buyers into their dream homes after other lenders said no. He works fast. Hes the fastest to getting a deal to the closing table than any lender I know of. He has a great grasp of the lending process and he wont B.S. you. I highly recommend Kyle for home mortgages.

Kyle made me feel like I was his only customer. The process was quick and efficient. This was my fire time buying a home and although it was stressful, I feel it could have been 10x more stressful without Kyle. Will work with Kyle again.
