They made my snowblower purchase as simple as it could have been. The biggest thing for me is if I ever need it serviced, I take it to them and NOT spend an hour on the phone with a customer service agent based in ????? Hey, I even got a FULL tank of gas. I highly recommend.

I drove over an hour to get to Doc's to purchase my new mower. I bought from Doc's for 3 main reasons. 1: Inventory, they had the mower I wanted in stock. 2:Customer service, I called Doc's over the phone to ask if they had the mower I wanted in stock, and instead of just saying yes or no, they proceeded to ask if I had any questions about it, gave an alternative in case that model sold before I arrived, and even quoted me over the phone. The sales team were extremely easy to work with, amd I didn't feel any pressure to buy now. 3:The young lady who assisted me with financing purchase was also fantastic. I had done the application on the website, and was confused as to the next step until I spoke with Ms. Lisa. She handled all the paperwork where all I had to do was walk in, sign, and load up my mower. After the purchase, Mark brought my mower out to my trailer, and even loaded it up for me. He wanted to make sure I was all set, and answered all my questions. I previously has a Husqvarna zero turn, and went to a larger BadBoy Renegade FS730. He took the time to even get me set up with the oil and oil filter for after the break in period. I also asked if he had the hitch in stock for the Mower, and they did. All in all, my experience was top notch, from shopping, buying, financing, parts, and after purchase customer service. I will absolutely return, and I will recommend everyone I know to buy their next piece of equipment from Doc's
