Peacock Water

Water pressure using their system is only good for like 5 minutes. Recently tried my water without their system an my pressure is amazing all the way thru the shower not just for 5 minutes Been using the company for almost 3 years. Everytime a tech has visited it always seems like they are rushed, customer service not their strong point, an very vague with answers when customer ask questions. Will be looking into other water softener services in the area coz I feel like I'm paying for my water pressure to be restricted at this point, so what's the purpose of their system?

Kenny was absolutely great from the moment he got here until the time he left. He was very approachable, super friendly, totally knowledgeable, very helpful, and an awesome person to work with. Kenny saved us money by testing the equipment that was in the house already and designing the new system to work with it instead of telling us that we needed to buy something new like so many other companies would have. (We just purchased our house in December.) This will be our second Kinetico system as we had one in our previous home in another area of Ohio. This system will be very similar to the first system and thanks to Kenny we understand the way it works so much better than we did our previous one. He tested everything about the water, and explained every single step of what he was doing and why he was doing it and even what we should watch out for in the future and how to fix those things should they occur in the future. We are very impressed with Kenny and Peacock Water, and are very happy that they are the ones that will be installing our system.

My mom doesn't use computers, but she was so happy that she called just to ask me to put this review up for her! The whole Lima team is exceptional, but especially Josh. He changes the filter and puts in the salt every month, and is always very kind, professional and helpful to my mom Judy. I live far away, and it gives me such peace to know that they're taking such great care of her! Great job guys!
