It was okay insurance at first, but they raised the rates every 6 months even though I've never had an accident or claim, but this last $105 rate hike was the final straw. I found a different insurer that's charging about what I was paying when I started with these guys years ago for the same coverage I have now. It's a shame that places like this take advantage of loyal customers.
