PNC Mortgage

As a retiree I may need to go to the bank once a month. I don't like using ATM machines so I go inside. Over the last 15 years my wife and I have always received excellent service. Personally with so many bank branches closing everywhere, we in Trotwood are very fortunate to have PNC stiil in the neighborhood.

If only I could give negative stars, I regret the good review I gave your associate Jeralynn (Not only was she off January 3rd but I had to find out through someone else that she gave me so much misinformation). I was unable to pay my rent or any other bill 1/3/23 due to her negligence. This branch needs to be shut down, it's a complete embarrassment. The receptionist tells customers to call customer service as a solution to everything. Let her know if your branch places a hold on an account then your branch has to be the one to remove it. Brian knew more but passed bad information (fyi the Exception desk is closed at 10pm, it closes at 645pm). I should've known when Etone called to question a good review that it wasn't deserved, I take back every word. Thanks for knocking down my trust in PNC to an all time low. Word of mouth is powerful and I will tell anyone who will listen and advice family, friends and even my enemies to avoid PNC especially the Salem Avenue location.

I walked into Bank because I wanted specific actions done with a check, the directions were simple and to the point. When I found out that this was not done I was given an excuse that I know was false and only when called on it they started apologizing. Funds did not go where they were suppose to go and had to wait The Next Day I will never bank at that branch again. PNC should just close that branch all together
