I loved working with Liam and Noah. From the first time I talked to these guys they went out of their way to help get things done quickly and easy for me I would recommend them to anyone who has a house to sell. They are honest hard working men. You are a priority to them . They keep you updated on whats going on. A glitch here or there; but, overall a good experience with Erick and Sean from Capital City Solutions. The good ... they are builders, not resellers; they worked with me on my timeline - over a year; and they are fair - we both came to the same price independently. The bad ... closing was not error free as Bexley and Columbia Gas continued to bill me - perhaps mutual culpability as I could have shutoff all utilities myself. And the ugly ... they still owe me about $40 for Columbia Gas. I almost went 4 stars for this; but, they were amazing to work with otherwise.

Thank-you to Central City Solutions for all of your hard work and dedication while working with me to sell my home. I had the pleasure of working with two agents- Liam Ahern and Noah Mallen who were absolutely amazing. They were attentive, hardworking and extremely professional. I feel extremely lucky to have worked with both of them. I was nervous about trying to sell my Ohio property while living out of state, but they took what should have been a stressful situation, extremely manageable.
