        This place gives you a phenomenal workout! Great for strength building and toning. The instructor Alize was awesome and makes everyone comfortable no matter what your level.

        Wish I could give 5 stars because the classes themselves are freaking fantastic!! But then you have to deal with everything else. Asked for package options got membership instead, poor explaining, poor customer service, fees. membership credit expire. It's a nightmare but if you can handle all that being in the class is wonderful!
