Agents please save yourself the trouble of dealing with this company. From the very first day there were mistakes in the billing for us due to "System Errors." I agreed to a certain price and was over charged by $750. Contactability got that error fixed quickly. By the 9th day in, I knew that this set up was not for our agency and I promptly cancelled the service on that day with enough lead money in the account that the service would not automatically charge my account again. There was another "system error" where I was charged an additional $750. After about a week of calling, I finally got a call back and $500 refunded. Two weeks later I am still calling Contactability I have been told by at least 6 different people that a manager needs to call, but I have yet to receive that said phone call. Today I was told that the $250 I am missing was refunded in leads. I have added my leads up and I spent all but $24 from the initial agreed price. Agents I am sure there is a great lead base agency out there, but save your money and frustration, as Contactability is not the one.
