        Not sure who to blame here but not worth paying an agent. Refinanced a car and they couldnt update the lien holder on the insurnace. For 3 months after multiple calls between both goosehead and westefield, they still couldnt figure out on how to change the lien holder. Decided to cancel the auto policy but for some reason they cancelled my home policy as well and did not inform me. For over 8 months I had no home insurnace and didnt know until my mortgage company reached out! What a joke!

        Once they close a deal with you, they seem to be unhelpful with any disputes you have. I had to between Goosehead and Travelers numerous times to get numbers correct only to still have the same outcome after spending hours on the phone with reps. Absolute waste of my time. I would never advise anyone to use Goosehead and I'm IN real estate!
