Adequate. I won't sugar coat it, the place needs an overhaul. The room I was in had issues. Several outlets didn't work, the toilet paper holder was just hanging off the wall, the light blocking part of the window shade had been torn off, the tables in the lobby were wobbly, the person who checked is in and out (same person) was herself checked out. It was what it was. Had this been my first experience at a Hampton Inn I wouldn't have another. Definitely room for improvement.

3.5/5. Decent 1 night stay. First impression wasnt great. The lobby absolutely reeks of smoke so we were worried the rooms would as well. But the rooms were clean and did not have any odor to them. Beds were fairly comfortable. Gym area is nice. Very close to all of the shopping attractions, right across the road from Easton Towne Center. There was a car in the parking lot that had been broken into (busted windows) and it sounds like that is very common at this hotel. The pool is FREEZING cold so we did not get to use it. We were very disappointed with this because we checked in earlier to enjoy pool time before dinner. Overall a decent stay, but not sure wed stay here again due to the sketchy area.

Nothing against the staff at the hotel but..
The beds in this hotel are HORRIBLE, felt like sleeping on a board. We did a quick stop over on our way to Nashville and didnt get an hour of sleep. The sheets dont stay on the bed and the pillows on the bed are HALF size pillows, literally 10x10 square pillows. Why??
I read reviews, after checking in, about many cars getting broken into and sounds like it happens often enough that staff tells guests the police wont do anything. This also contributed to my sleepless night worried about our car. Figured with the hotel across from Easton that it would be decently safe but I guess not, my bad for not researching enough.
Youd think Hilton could afford security for the parking lot and mattresses that have an ounce of cushion. Definitely wont stay here again and definitely not worth my $120 since it was neither safe nor comfortable.
Rooms: Horrible hard mattresses, half size pillows
Safety: Cars get broken into frequently and no security on site
