Dent Magic (by Dent Wizard)

This was the 4th time I have taken a car to Dent Magic on Sawmill Road. No problems in the past. Was quoted 954.19. Thought that was high considering the minor damage to the car. Took the car to Roush Honda for a second estimate. Total cost was 32.92 for the part with no labor cost due to fixing it in 15 minutes while I waited.. No charge for a touch up for the paint job the size of a small pea. I did not mention I had gone to Dent Magic first until the estimate was completed by Roush Honda. Told estimators at Dent Magic and Honda I would be paying out of pocket.

They are not for the customer for sure. Got called in to pick car up. The work was awful and even the person that brought car around said it was unacceptable. So they kept car another day. Came back to pick up and asked if they could give me a discount since I had to take time out of my day twice for a quoted 2hr job. They didn't even entertain the idea and payed the full price. I am not a unfair person but if they woukd have taken anything off amd acknowledge they made a mistake. Worst customer service I have ever experienced......horrible won't be back!!!!

So far customer service is bad. Came in to get an estimate for my 2019 silverado. Male at the front counter didn't acknowledge me. He just stared at me like I was bothering him. I had to break the tension with a polite hello. He lamely responded with is there something I can help you with. I was coming here because my vehicle was vandalized. I should have been greeted politely but since the receptionist had an attitude I decided to "kill him with kindness". I'm awaiting the estimate now. So far I'm at 1 star for customer service let's see if they can change my mind from here.
