The staff here are always friendly and helpful as well as knowledgable about the products they carry. Brandon helped me with setting up a new password and pin after I received a scam call. He made things very easy......crisis averted! That was the first review, which was within the past year. I have sat here for almost an hour and I have not been spoken to by a staff member as of yet welcoming me into the store. I have been a Verizon customer for over 6 years. Eiver since Victra took over this store as a certified Verizon retailer, I dread coming in here. There are 4 other customers in here re today that received the same treatment.The only reason I am here today is because the other location didn't have the galaxy watch that I had ordered in stock.

Verizon has real problems here and I think they should close this store. plenty of problems reported on this store and now they have another. Check social media. many complaints. They will mislead you and try their best to take advantage of you. You feel like you are at a used car lot and the sales staff has to go into a locked room to talk to sales manager while you wait for 20 minutes in lobby to strategize on how much they can get from you!
