        Hello, just wanted to stop by and give thanks to your employee Shawna. My mother and I called in on Feb. 27th with a bakery question and Shawna answered the phone that night. The store itself was closing soon and she mentioned that the bakery had closed shortly before. She still took time out of her busy night to assist us with our need and that shown proper and efficient customer service. Thank you for having a great personality and being informative!

        Been a member for a month and I love it. Not only do they have bulk they have individual stuff for better price and Im loving the coupons. I really like shopping here. I never had an issue with customer service in the front of the store. I was a member to bjs in another state years ago and always love bjs.

        I love to shop at BJ's they have everything I need and it's never too busy. That being said customer service is bad here. 75% of the time that I have to deal with a staff member it's not a positive experience.
