Overall I was happy but I thought my upper right side needed more work. The bottom straightened out pretty good. The only thing I don't like is the communication. I wish it was by text not email. I did not know that they had not approved my 2nd touch up because I did not see email. Then they send me one saying my aligners had arrived very confusing. So I went for a while with the same aligners.

I would not recommend Smile Direct Club I used the services back in '2019', and yes I was completely satisfied with my results. I ordered I think 2 pairs of retainers I paid my entire plan off. I have not ordered a pair of retainers since '2021' because I did not need to my retainer was still fitting tight and my teeth have not moved. So recently I noticed my retainer getting a little lose no changes in my teeth but I went to update my address and my billing information to order my retainer so the customer service representative updated my information and then said you cannot order retainers until you have an adjusted alignment for 300.00 dollars in which I'm planning on spending 99.00 dollars. So I said I do not need an adjustment I would like to order my same retainer which has been working for me and my teeth have not moved so I would like the same prescription please. She starts saying I'm out of warranty I said I'm not worried about a warranty I'm not looking for a refund I would like to just order my retainer. She kept trying to get me off the chat saying is there anything I can help you with other than the retainers I'm like I don't understand why I can't order my retainers without spending an additional 300.00 dollars this is nonsense anyways her name was Michel K. I don't never complain but this is simply ridiculous and nonsense just to keep collecting money from people.
