        I mostly see terrible reviews for parking places in NYC. This particular location was absolutely stellar, and therefore needed a positive review! I booked online, showed up early, and Mikel could not have been more patient with me as I unloaded and reloaded, walked away and came back shortly, thereafter. When I came back that evening, another really nice guy took care of me, and again when I left on Wednesday, Oneill was like a long-lost friend! My car was in excellent shape. Service was friendly, prompt AND professional. One of the best experiences I've ever had! If I'm back in that part of town again, I would not hesitate for a second. I'd rebook, happily! Thank you!

        the people were friendly and the price was cheap but they dented and scratched my car and wouldn't take responsibility for it even though I had photos showing the car entered the parking lot without any damage.
