        We had to park a full size pick-up that has a cap and I had so much anxiety about how safe it would be. We parked at SP+ at Hilton Midtown and had a great experience. The manager Mr. Bakshi completely understood our concerns and made us feel comfortable about parking there. I would definitely park here again!

        Horribly overpriced and takes forever to get a car you valet for 100 a night. Also, no affiliation with Hilton and bell hops

        Parked at the New York Hilton Midtown today. Everything was smoothly run and the staff was very courteous. The director of parking Jerene Murphy went out of her way to make sure I was properly take care of. While waiting for my vehicle I saw her greeting and assisting each and every other guest, this is something you rarely see in NYC parking garage. I would highly recommend this location next time you are in midtown Manhattan.

        Jerene and her team were so amazing and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. I will choose the Hilton Midtown specifically to work with the valet staff there every time I come to Manhattan.
