        This parking spot is horrible. I have to walk up to 10th floor almost every days. The elevator is not working for last 3 years and they fixed it this year but its not working 20 days in a month. Also homeless is peeing and vomiting on the stairs. Its scary that most of the time you gonna see creepy person on the stairs.

        Have been calling for a Parking in Parkchester since AUGUST 2021 at any of their 3 parking lots. According to the "Manager" I'm on their waiting list. It's been 9 months now, I am still waiting. "Call next Monday, okay?" "We are full, sorry." "Whats your name, are you in the wait list?" Please advise if my review sounds fake, I have the call records.
