We started working on a loan pre-approval with Billy and his team over a year ago. Through this very difficult past year and buyer's market, they patiently waited, checked in, and kept our file up to date. Over a year later we FINALLY got a house under contract in our target neighborhood and while the terms of the loan changed due to market interest rate conditions, Billy and team still got us a great rate and had us ready to close in just over 2 weeks!
