Lifeworx and especially our thoughtful and attentive account manager Jonathan Lustig, have been indispensable and reliable partners for me and my sisters, in helping to find excellent caregivers for our 90 year old Mom, since early last year when she fell and broke her dominant wrist. In addition to the challenge of managing pain through a slow recovery and adjusting to using a cane with her weaker arm, Mom has some increasing cognitive difficulties but was still resistant to accepting a caregiver in her home. Jonathans personal attention to detail, empathic nature, and willingness to visit Mom in her apartment to help assess her needs and spend over an hour and half talking with her, was key to helping us overcome her reluctance to accept help in her apartment, even though she was suddenly very much in dire need of help. Most importantly, the 2 main caregivers chosen by our Mom, Aby and Cynthia, have both been super caring, reliable, and trustworthy, helping Mom get to doctors appointments and helping in so many ways that have really improved her safety and quality of life, while still being able to remain living independently in her apartment, which she loves. We are very grateful to Jonathan, Lifeworx, and these wonderful caregivers for their commitment and invaluable assistance.
