Steam Pro NYC Carpet, Rug and Upholstery Cleaning

I have used a lot of upholstery cleaning services but since I found Steam Pro I have only wanted to use them! Robert is friendly, prompt, and professional, and you can tell how much he cares about getting your rugs, sofa, and chairs spotless. I found these guys on an instagram ad and decided to give them a shot. we have a four year old sectional with mild wear-n-tear and some general pet stains (cat people out there-you know what I am talking about!). We were under the impression that it was time to replace the sofa but when I saw the ad for these guys I figured wed give the ol girl one last chance. I am SO GLAD i called them. I called on Tuesdaythey fit me in Friday with a window of 10-12I asked if they could be here right at 10 (waiting for home service/repair ppl is the worst) and they said no prob. He was here RIGHT AT 10came inwas friendly, efficient, respectful of my space (and in general).after about 1.5 hours, my sofa was basically brand new. I WOULD HAPPILY PAY MUCH MORE for the incredible service and remarkable results. If you are considering these guys for any service, DO IT! 6 outta 5 stars.
