I like that they confirm the appointments because I am very forgetful. The cleaning they did on my rug was exceptional. They cleaned my couch the following week, came out great too.

This was my second time using them to clean my rug. Jerome was nice, professional and explained the process on cleaning. He also explained what the outcome would be. It was amazing. My rug looks super clean. Thank you gain. See you in a few months.

This place is great. Got an appointment on the same week as I called. They got out a stubborn stain I couldn't get rid of in about 5 minutes. Took him about 2 hours to clean 5 bedrooms my house. I will definitely call him again. The carpets look wonderful.

The guy who cleaned our carpet was very nice and knew a lot about the process and how it all works. I tend to ask a lot of questions just because I am a curious person and he answered all of them politely and with much detail. The carpet looks really good now. He did a great job.
