This is the worst building ever, ZPM management or Aulder Property Management does nothing to take care of the units and just sucks up your money. Appliances have been broken for months, mice, bugs, disgusting hallways and common areas, broken elevator... do not ever move here. they fired the doorman and refused to adjust rent, keep hiking it up despite never fixing anything

Max and Emma are absolutely right. I had an 18-month lease here and the whole experience went downhill when ZPM Management took over. Good luck ever getting your security deposit back from these folks -- they refuse to even sign basic email communication to you with their names. Zero accountability. I will be following up first with the AG and then in court.

Echo Emma Jenna's review below. This is easily the worst run building I have ever lived in. ZPM is the most incompetent, shady, and unresponsive management company you will ever come across. Jed Wilder from Compass who represents these criminals should also be complicit. Quick Run down of the issues: 1. Got rid of part-time doorman without any information/update and refused to update/adjust rent. Mind you this building is on a block where packages are stolen + gunshots have rung out on. 2. Impossible to get in touch with on a phone call - actually could never reach them by phone despite 20+ attempts via email, voicemails, their management system 3. Didn't pay the supervisor for 3+ months so he quit on the spot and is now suing them in court. 4. Failed to provide lease renewal 30 days before lease expiration and only sent it ~2 weeks before we were going to vacate 5. Had to threaten them with small claims court and emailed them 6x+ times to get them to return my security deposit. Dont ever live in this building. A lawsuit to ZPM management in small claims court is incoming.
