Terry is an all-star agent, if you are looking for a place to live in Brooklyn you should give him a call. After going through four other agents who told us we would never be able to find what we were looking for Terry found us not only everything on our list but below budget and with more space!
He was able to give a wide range of options based on our criteria. He was willing to take us all over Brooklyn even for tours that were specifically to show us what to avoid. Terry is especially knowledgeable about streets and buildings. He was able to tell us before the tours what neighborhoods and buildings were like, helping us narrow our search.
Terry was able to recommend numerous inspectors and lawyers he had previous experience with which made the process much smoother. He is an especially strong agent for those unfamiliar with buying in NYC (there are many more hoops to jump through here than other cities).
I cannot recommend Terry enough to anyone looking to move in Brooklyn!
