Lisa Sulfaro was the best agent we could ask for! Her knowledge, perseverance, and responsiveness help us sell our coop at the Maynard at the great price. From start to finish, Lisa worked diligently to get the best deal done! She brought the perfect buyer on day 1, who had missed out on a neighboring unit that she sold. The buyer was slightly overqualified, and instead of turning them away, Lisa advised we wait for new HDFC limits. She diligently followed up, kept the buyer engaged, informed and excited, and correctly projected the new limits. With her keen understanding of bylaws, the offering plan, HDFC guidelines and HDFC marketing handbook, I felt confident throughout the process.
