Pure Green - Juice Bar Bedstuy

PG has multiple spots, so people should leave their reviews under the right one. I order religiously from this location, and the only issue I've ever had is that they forget to actually toast the toast at times. However, I decided make a large order and expand into their healthy offerings as a lifestyle choice, but the third-party delivery service made off with the order (per the store) but never delivered it. Clearly a sign from the universe for me to stay fat and unbothered lol. But I got a surprise ring at my bell, and my order had been replaced along with a sweet note. This, folks, is an example of what good customer service looks like and is why I'll continue to patronize the establishment. A big thank you to the team for valuing my patronage...and my waistline :).

Customer service was great but the acai & granola tasted weird, like it was old. Was not worth the $16 i spent on it.

We ordered food and paid in full, but received one item less. We called but the staff was not helpful and said "Move on, you received enough food"

I didnt even realize it but this is the same brand that you see in stores! This place is small but cozy. A little pricy (but everything is expensive nowadays so what do you expect). Very clean and my smoothie was done quick so overall I recommend it.
