        I took an uber from a hospital to get to this store to buy a salt lamp for a family member that is a patient in the hospital. Before going there, I called and asked if they have the item, they said yes. I entered the store and the sales girl showed me 1 lamp. I took it and paid. I was in a rush, and did not pay attention that she did not give me a receipt. She did not even aske if I want it. I took anothet Uber to return to the hospital. When I arrived, I saw that the box was opened before, and the plastic bag inside, was torn, and the lamp is NOT working. Meaning, the store instead of returning the demagged lamp to the manufacturer, have decided to sell it to another customer. In the box, is a note, saying, not to return it to the store, but to the company. I don't live in this city, my family member is sick, and he needs this lamp NOW. How disgusting and cheaters, can a store be. They don't deserve even one star but that's the lowest that they have.
