        Our worst experience in Vegas. The best thing going is the location so you can utilize the options at the nearby hotel and casinos Had to stand in line to get our breakfast that we ordered ahead from Eatwell. TV in the room rarely worked. Never got maid service even after making a special trip to the front desk to request it. Then got hit for ridiculous resort fees. Fees for what I dont know. I wanted to like the Cromwell but we wont be back.

        The only problems I had was the lighting in the rooms, and the hotel doesnt offer a ton to do after hours such as eatery but you can walk over to the flamingo and get some food until 4 am.

        Hotel is extremely tired, furniture is beat - pictures do not represent actual product you get, and to top it off, it is quite possibly the loudest hotel Ive ever stayed in while on the strip. I always wanted to stay here and check it out, so I did, was super disappointed, and would never return.
