Gentle Dental Flamingo

This was my 1st visit, and I will definitely be staying with this Gentle Dental, on 3041 E. Flamingo. The staff Dr.Balle, Zella, Mayra, Victoria, and Debra was friendly, helpful, and informative. I had an appointment for last Friday at 1pm, they called me Thursday afternoon and left a message telling me my appointment had been changed to 10am. I thought it was a little weird that they were telling me rather than asking, but I called their main number back letting them know that that didnt work for me and we rescheduled for the next Friday at 1pm. I got two reminder texts the week leading up to my appointment for the 1pm time. I showed up at 12:40 and the doors were looked, I called their main number and the lady told me that theyd be back at 1. At 1 I saw someone leave the building and lock the door behind her, so I got out of my car and she told me that the doctor had left for the day and they were closed. I called their main number back, and she told me the office showed they were open until 3, but that my appointment had been changed to 9am the day before. She told me that they marked in my chart that they called me twice and I didnt respond, but I have no missed calls/messages/texts/emails or anything like I did last week. Guess Ill try somewhere else.
