        I shopped on 2/24/2024 at Kohls in Ankeny- Iowa (store 0623) and Albertha was my cashier. I was lucky that she was my cashier for the second time. She checked out my purchases when there was a long line at the front of the store check-outs. She impressed me with her help, efficiency, friendliness, enthusiasm, and kindness . She made me feel very special customer and made the whole experience very pleasant and easy. I wish to clone her and have more Albertha out there. She is exceptional employee and deserves all the best. Thank you Albertha, it was a pleasure dealing with kind people like you.
