        I recently had the pleasure of working with Marvin Advance Garage door. I had to replace my old worn out door and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Marvin provides knowledge, expertise and professionalism. He understands his customer needs and takes time and care to ensure the customer understands. I could not be happier with my new door. I chose the colonial traditional white design with vinyl installation to keep the space warm year round.         My garage door has been acting up for a week. This morning at 4:30am I was pulling out of the garage to go to work when my garage door rolled down and hit my car. It rolled back up and wouldn't roll back down because rollers went off track and bottom panel was bent, etc. I was scared and didn't know who to call that early and it was too cold and windy out. I have valuables in my garage and couldn't leave it open. I searched online and found Advance Garage Door and they are open 24 hrs! I waited a bit and called them at 6am and Marvin picked up the phone! What a relief! He said he was going to send somebody at 8:30. Ammar arrived at my house at exactly 8:30. He was very nice and did an amazing job repairing my garage door! I was very late for work but I was able to make it. I would highly recommend Marvin and Ammar. They are an amazing father and son team. They are very polite and responsive and got the job done for me! for them! I have lost all faith in humanity but Ammar and Marvin made me believe again that there are still very good people out there!

        Ammar & Marvin with Advance Garage Door were incredible! I reached out to Marvin after traditional business hours on a weekday and they were both up for the challenge. I needed a full garage door operating system replacement and without hesitation, Ammar, went above and beyond to ensure the job was done with the utmost quality. Not only did he install the full replacement, he took such great time to explain how to use an app that's attached to the system and guided us step-by-step. Marvin was also great with following-up with us immediately after install. I would highly recommend Advance Garage Door LLC for your garage door needs! I will be sure to refer all my family & friends. Fantastic customer service!!
