    they are SCAMMERS. told me they accepted insurance only to find out they don't and do not update insurance companies websites so it still shows they are a covered provider. i received the work they recommended plus extra xrays elsewhere for what they decided was necessary to charge me for a first visit appointment. they are a joke.

    Fraudenlty charged me for services not rendered. When my insurance company called them they hung up on my insurance company. They charged my insurance for regular xrays as well as the 360 xray when they were only able to fo the 360 xray due to technical difficulties. Stay far away

    Had my first visit at Creative Smiles today and I am already completely satisfied. I am beyond anxious about dental work. Dr. Kapers and his team are wonderful. Totally put me at ease about the work I will be having done. As far as cost, much less than I expected and will be worth every dollar — especially when it comes to dental care. I went there today very worried and left with no worries. This is my honest opinion. If you are fearful of the dentist or any procedures you may need, go see Dr. Kapers and his team. They are top notch.

    I have a fear of the dentist, ever since I was a little kid. I went to this office because they have an option where you can be sedated. When I called them to schedule an appt I was told that I would have to pay upfront and then they bill my insurance. After the insurance submits payment I would get a refund back. The lady who scheduled the appointment didn't ask for my insurance till AFTER she scheduled. She told me my insurance was in network. I brought in my xrays from the previous dentist I had seen and was told these xrays are not enough, that I need a panorama xray. I was told it would be covered under my insurance, So I agreed to it. Now every procedure they charge you up front and then bill your insurance. I assume this is just to make sure they receive some sort of payment. Now I had this appt back in the middle of July. We are currently in the middle of September and I just now got my refund. I had to call multiple times. So be prepared to stay on top of your refund. If you are not staying on top of it no one from the office will call you. No one will make sure you get the money coming back to you. Not only did I have to call this office many times to get my refund I also had to call my insurance company to find out if they had even sent in the claim yet. I was told they did not the first time. I was told I would be getting a full refund. I did not get a full refund. I was $100 short. According to the office my insurance only paid for a portion of the bill not the whole total. I was told my insurance did not cover my new panorama xrays. So that is now money I am out of. I was also told that my insurance was not in network with their company. Which makes me super mad because I would have just went to another office instead. Do not let this staff fool you they seem nice they seem like they want to help but they don't just money hungry. Stay away find another office who will not have you pay upfront. I am so glad I did not do the procedure with them now. I was waiting to see how long it would take for me to get my refund back before I did any other work with them. Now I will be taking my business else where. Its just not worth your time or the hassle.

    So insanely expensive. Be ready for them to ring you dry. I'm sure they do great work, they were friendly, but omg the cost!!! I got work done for THOUSANDS of dollars less at a different dentist then what they quoted me.
