First Harrison Bank

After only having my account for a month or so ....First Harrison deactivated my debit card because I had accidentally typed in my password or user name incorrectly... which I'm sure is a common mistake for most people since typing on a cellphone isn't always the easiest thing in the world! They NEVER called me to tell me what they did ..this was on a Friday evening over the Labor Day weekend..I don't use credit cards I only use cash or debit..so, I had no access to ANY of my money from Friday evening until Tuesday morning!! Which was just awesome this took place over a 3 day weekend ! Now, they have declined the same transaction for an Amazon order I placed! Even though I have more than enough money in my account to cover the charges. They claim they didn't decline anything but I've had 4 people from Amazon say First Harrison declined it and I can see on my Amazon account where they did decline it. Trying to get someone to answer the phone there is obviously impossible. I just called 5 or 6 times over the course of an hour before someone finally answered. They play horrible hold music your forced to listen to while you stay holding! I waited over 30 minutes to finally speak to someone and they are not very nice to say the least. So you might want to consider using a different bank. I am closing my account with them!!
