      Hi! My name is Jen Floyd. I am a 2008 Olympian who dedicated my life after college to the pursuit of physical excellence in the sport of rowing. I retired in 2011 and continued my dedication to physical fitness through CrossFit, coaching and personal training. My journey in the sport of rowing began my senior year of college. I loved the challenge of it, being around the water, the individual discipline required and the teamwork that was needed to help make the boat move efficiently and fast.
